Ingredients:

  • Coconut flour
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • Milk

Preparations:

  • Heat the oven to 160 ° C / 140 ° C
  • Add the flour and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl and rub the butter with your fingertips
  • Add the sugar, coconut, eggs and milk and mix until a soft consistency is achieved.
  • Place the mixture in the prepared can and smooth the surface with a spatula. Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the cake from the oven and sprinkle with the extra coconut. Return the cake to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Finally,  allow the cake to cool a little in the can, then place on a rack to cool it completely.
