
INGREDIENTS:
- Cassava
- 1 Teaspoon parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- Pieces of chicken
- Onion
- Salt
PREPARATION:
- Peel and boil the cassava until tender, adding a tablespoon of salt to the water. Remove from water and mash.
- Add butter, parsley and milk and mix well.
- Season with salt to taste and allow to cool to room temperature.Put two tablespoons of the mixture in the palm of your hand.
- Flatten it, put the chicken pieces in the center.
