INGREDIENTS:

  • Cassava
  • 1 Teaspoon parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • Pieces of chicken
  • Onion
  •  Salt

PREPARATION:

  • Peel and boil the cassava until tender, adding a tablespoon of salt to the water. Remove from water and mash.
  • Add butter, parsley and milk and mix well.
  •  Season with salt to taste and allow to cool to room temperature.Put two tablespoons of the mixture in the palm of your hand.
  • Flatten it, put the chicken pieces in the center.
